Join Fellow Globetrotting Jazz Lovers for a Paris Jazz Cruise in April of 2020!
KJazz is embarking on another exceptional musical adventure to Paris and Normandy! We've privately chartered the 1st class, MS Amadeus Diamond just for jazz-loving public radio supporters. You'll be treated to several onboard concerts featuring outstanding European musicians playing straight ahead jazz, a little Django Reinhardt-style gypsy jazz, plus we'll throw one of our famous Latin jazz dance parties!
We will board the Paris Jazz Cruise in the City of Light and sail directly north to experience Claude Monet's Giverny Gardens, the spectacular Mont St Michel, the D-Day Beaches of WWII and delightful Norman villages and historic towns. And of course we will savor the local culinary specialties the French are so famous for: creamy cheeses, crisp cider and other local delights. For the grand finale, we disembark and spend two exciting nights in Paris; the ideal place to witness the enduring legacy of the many American jazz performers, writers, artists and musicians who loved this city well.
