The Jazz Salon presents “Sunday Jazz in the Ballroom,” celebrating Bill Evans on Monday, January 18th from 2-4pm in the vintage Centennial Ballroom of the downtown LA Athletic Club. 45 years after the death of pianist Bill Evans, this January 18th concert will be a once-in-a-lifetime chance to hear the magic of the Bill Evans Trio, featuring the concert debut of his grandson, Jaden Evans, playing with Bill's legendary trio mates, Chuck Israels and Joe LaBarbera. The first set will feature pianist, Tamir Hendelman, with bassist Darek Oles and Joe LaBarbera. Food and beverages will be available on site before and after the concert.
Tickets are $50, $15 for the livestream, and $15 for students.
