DESCRIPTION
Put this Latin American concert on your calendar: Sunday, May 7 at 3 p.m. Featuring the immensely talented Q’iru Duet with Nico on guitar and Gloria on clarinet, this concert promises a selection of unique and captivating tangos, sambas, and cumbias. Percussionist Andres Lopez, adds dynamic rhythms played on congas, cajón peruano, and shakers. The ensemble's music is inspired by the Quechua people, indigenous to South America and primarily residing in the Andes mountain region.
